About Us

We are a fast-growing personalised gifts and eCommerce company specialising in high-quality custom products sold across marketplaces including Amazon, eBay, and our own website. We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team and help create outstanding product designs, marketing materials, and marketplace content.

Key Responsibilities

* Design personalised products including mugs, cushions, blankets, canvases, keyrings, jewellery, acrylic products, and more.
* Create high-converting Amazon listing images, A+ Content, infographics, and lifestyle images.
* Produce artwork based on customer orders while ensuring accuracy and high-quality output.
* Prepare print-ready files for production using the correct specifications.
* Design marketing materials including banners, social media graphics, email graphics, and promotional content.
* Edit and retouch photographs, remove backgrounds, enhance images, and create realistic mock-ups.
* Maintain consistent branding across all products and platforms.
* Work closely with the production and customer service teams to ensure artwork meets customer requirements.
* Create new product concepts and assist with expanding the product catalogue.
* Ensure all artwork is completed within agreed deadlines while maintaining excellent quality standards.

Requirements

* Minimum 2 years' experience as a Graphic Designer.
* Excellent knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
* Experience with CorelDRAW is advantageous.
* Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout design.
* Experience creating artwork for print production.
* Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Creative mindset with problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work independently and within a team.
* Good communication skills.
* Experience with Amazon listing images and eCommerce design is highly desirable.
