About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and creative Amazon Listing Specialist to join our personalised gifts business. You will be responsible for creating, optimising, and maintaining high-converting Amazon listings for a wide range of customised products, ensuring they are fully compliant with Amazon's policies and designed to maximise visibility, conversions, and sales.

This role requires a strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central, Amazon SEO, catalogue management, and personalised product listings. Experience with Amazon Custom and customisation workflows is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

* Create new Amazon listings for personalised products, including parent-child variations.
* Write SEO-optimised product titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend search terms, and generic keywords.
* Create and upload A+ Content and Brand Story pages.
* Optimise listings using keyword research to improve organic ranking.
* Manage Amazon Custom templates and personalisation options.
* Upload and maintain high-quality product images, infographics, lifestyle images, and videos.
* Work closely with the design team to ensure all listing images meet Amazon's image guidelines.
* Create variation families based on colour, size, design, style, and personalisation options.
* Manage listing updates, catalogue changes, and inventory information.
* Resolve listing suppressions, stranded listings, and catalogue issues through Amazon Seller Central.
* Use Flat Files for bulk uploads and catalogue management.
* Conduct competitor research and identify opportunities to improve listings.
* Monitor listing performance and continuously optimise conversion rates.
* Ensure all listings comply with Amazon policies and category requirements.
* Coordinate with production and customer service teams regarding new products, customisation options, and customer feedback.
* Assist in launching new personalised products across Amazon UK and other marketplaces where applicable.

Essential Skills & Experience

* Minimum 2 years' experience managing Amazon Seller Central.
* Proven experience creating and optimising Amazon product listings.
* Strong understanding of Amazon SEO and keyword optimisation.
* Experience with Amazon Custom and personalised product listings.
* Knowledge of Amazon image requirements and catalogue policies.
* Experience using Amazon Flat Files.
* Excellent written English and copywriting skills.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills

* Knowledge of Helium 10, Jungle Scout, DataDive, Keepa, or similar Amazon research tools.
* Knowledge of AI programs such as ChatGpt, Claude and others.
* Experience creating A+ Content and Brand Registry assets.
* Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator, or other graphic design software.
* Understanding of image optimisation and conversion-focused listing design.
* Experience with Amazon PPC is an advantage.
* Experience listing across Amazon UK, Europe, and the US marketplace.
* Knowledge of eBay or Shopify listings is beneficial.
