We're not looking for someone to just check boxes and manage a calendar. We're looking for someone who gets genuinely excited about using AI to make businesses run smarter, faster, and leaner — and who wants a front-row seat to building the systems behind a fast-growing women's health and wellness brand.

If you love finding the automation nobody thought of, streamlining a clunky process until it hums, and being the person who quietly makes everything work better behind the scenes — this role was built for you.

You'll work directly with our founder as a true right hand: part strategist, part systems-builder, part connector, part growth engine. No two days look the same, and that's the point.

What You'll Actually Be Doing
???? AI & Automation (This Is the Heart of the Role)

You'll be our in-house automation mind — constantly asking "could this be faster, smarter, or gone entirely?"

Spot and build opportunities to automate repetitive work
Design and document SOPs that make the business run without you in the room
Build AI-assisted workflows across our tools
Research and test new AI tools before anyone else is using them
Turn manual busywork into systems that just... work
????? Executive Assistant Support

You'll be the glue across daily operations:

Client support and communication
Client onboarding
Calendar management and meeting coordination
Inbox management and organization
Document creation and project tracking
Team communication and administrative support
Social media and email marketing support
Video editing and podcast pitching
Reporting and tracking across the business

?? Tools & Systems Optimization

You'll help us run leaner and smarter:

Maintain and optimize ClickUp, Kartra, Calendly, Google Drive, Zoom, Wistia, Stripe, WordPress, and more
Find ways to consolidate software and get more out of what we already have
Build pages, workflows, and funnels
Troubleshoot issues and squash bottlenecks before they slow us down
Keep process documentation sharp and current
Create accountability systems that keep projects on track

???? Lead Generation & Pipeline Growth

Every role here contributes to growth — this one plays a direct part in creating a steady stream of new conversations with our audience.

30 outbound DMs daily (full training provided — no experience required, this takes 30-45 minutes/day)
Engage across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook
Maintain CRM and lead tracking systems
Support appointment-setting and call confirmations
Track and report on daily KPIs
