Somewhere out there is an email marketer who learned this the hard way. Maybe at an agency where they ran campaigns for clients and watched someone else take the credit. Maybe freelancing, where they built cold email machines for $200 gigs while the client booked $50,000 in deals off their sequences. WHAT THIS IS

I run two profitable B2B companies - one in the advertising industry, one in lead generation. I need ONE person to own email for both: cold outbound, nurture, newsletters, deliverability, all of it. We have zero email infrastructure today - on purpose. You'll pick the stack, build the machine, and run it. Your numbers, your channel, your name on the results.

And here's the actual offer - the part no course or agency job will give you:

I will teach you the lead generation business from the inside. How offers get built. What makes a lead worth $5 vs $500. How paid traffic, landing pages, and email fit together into machines that print money. Your email skills + the business knowledge I'll give you = a combination that makes you dangerous for the rest of your career. People pay thousands for courses taught by people who've never done it. You'll learn it live, on real campaigns, while being paid.

WHAT I EXPECT IN RETURN

Full honesty: I expect a lot.

- You've personally run cold email campaigns and can show me the numbers - list sizes, reply rates, meetings booked. Not "I helped with." Ran.
- You know deliverability cold: SPF/DKIM/DMARC, warmup, ramps. When placement dies, you diagnose it - you don't panic.
- You build and VERIFY your own lists. Bounce discipline is non-negotiable; domains are expensive to burn.
- You write emails that sound like a human wrote them to another human. If your copy reads like spam, nothing else matters.
- You figure things out. My favorite message from an operator is "already tested it, here's what won" - not "what should I do?"
- You're hungry. Genuinely, uncomfortably hungry. That part can't be taught.

HOW TO APPLY

Start with "SEND IT", then answer these - short and real beats long and polished:

1. Your best cold email campaign, with real numbers: who was the ICP, list size, tools, sends, reply rate, positive replies, meetings booked. I follow up on these.
2. Walk me through a brand-new domain to the first 1,000 cold sends. Every step, in order.
3. Paste one cold email you wrote that got replies (mask client details). Tell me why it worked.
4. Tell me about a campaign that FAILED - what went wrong, what did you change, what happened next? (This one matters more than you think.)
5. We have no stack. What would you set up - sequencer, verifier, ESP - and why? Rough monthly cost?
6. What have you taught yourself about email in the last 30 days? (Deliverability changes monthly. I'm checking if you keep up or coast.)
7. Rate yourself 1-10, honestly: deliverability/infra, list building, cold copywriting, sequencer tools, ESP/nurture, A/B testing. Honest 5s impress me more than fake 9s - I verify.
