Your first test is already in front of you.
Decode this and start your application with the result, in capital letters: REVMSVZFUkVE
If that took more than 60 seconds, this job isn't for you - and that's fine. If you smiled, keep reading, because there's a second test below and it's the one that actually matters.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We don't care about your certificates. We don't care how many years your resume claims. We've met
We care about exactly one thing: can you take two B2B companies with ZERO
You're probably the person who:
- Has personally sent tens of thousands of cold
- Gets a little too excited explaining why open rates are a lie since Mail Privacy Protection
- Has strong opinions about Instantly vs Smartlead and can defend them
- Killed a sending domain once, did the post-mortem, and never made that mistake again
- Reads deliverability news the way normal people read sports scores
WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO
Own
WHAT YOU GET
- $500 USD/month (about PHP 29,000) full-time to start - with raises tied to one thing: meetings your campaigns book. Prove it and the number moves fast.
- Every tool you need, paid for - you choose them
- Direct line to the owner, async communication, zero pointless meetings
- Total ownership of a channel. Your numbers, your machine, your credit.
HOW TO APPLY
0. THE REAL TEST: You audit a client's DNS and see their SPF record ends in ~all. What does that mean, and when would you use -all instead? Two sentences max. (Wrong answer = we stop reading. This is day-one knowledge for this role.)
1. Start your application with the decoded word (capital letters, first line, nothing before it)
2. Your best cold campaign, with numbers: ICP, list size, sends, reply rate, positive replies, meetings booked. We follow up on these, so real beats impressive.
3. New domain to first 1,000 cold sends - every step, in order.
4. Reply rate crashes from 5% to 1% overnight. Your diagnostic checklist, in order.
5. Paste a cold
6. We have no stack. Name the sequencer + verifier + ESP you'd set up, why, and rough monthly cost.
7. Honest 1-10 self-ratings (we verify): deliverability/infra, list building, cold copywriting, sequencer tools, ESP/nurture, A/B testing.
8. What did you learn about deliverability or outreach in the last 30 days?
9. When can you start? Full-time available?
Applications that skip the decoded word get deleted unread - not because we're cruel, but because attention to detail is 80% of deliverability.
If you read Question 0 and the answer was just... there, in your head, before you finished the sentence - apply now. This post was written for you.
