We’re a creative and marketing agency based in Australia. We shoot and produce high-end brand films, property and commercial content, and social media for a mix of premium brands, builders and developers, and purpose-driven organisations.
We’re after a video editor who can take raw footage and turn it into something that actually holds attention. Not just a cutter, someone who understands pacing, story arc, sound design and how to make a 30 second piece feel like it belongs on a cinema screen, then also knows how to chop that same story into scroll-stopping social cuts.
What you’ll be doing:
• Editing long-form brand films and property/commercial video from raw footage through to final grade and sound
• Cutting social-first versions (reels, shorts, TikTok style) from the same shoots, built for retention and platform-native pacing
• Colour grading to a consistent, premium look across projects
• Sound design and music selection that supports story, not just fills silence
• Working from creative briefs and shot lists we provide, with room to bring your own eye to pacing and structure
• Managing footage and deliverables through our project system and cloud storage
What we need from you:
• A portfolio that shows real storytelling ability, not just clean cuts. We want to see pacing choices, not just technical polish
• Strong grasp of both cinematic long-form and short-form social editing, these are different disciplines and we need both
• Comfortable with Premiere Pro (or equivalent) and a proper colour workflow
• Understanding of what makes content perform on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts, not just what looks nice
• Reliable communication and turnaround, we work to client deadlines
• Based in the Philippines, able to work hours that overlap reasonably with AEST (Sydney time)
This starts part-time, with room to grow as our video volume increases. If you’re someone who watches a film and thinks about why a cut worked, this is for you.
To apply: send your reel plus a short video (2 minutes, just talk to camera, phone is fine) telling us who you are, what got you into editing, and what kind of stories you actually want to be telling. Upload it anywhere (Google Drive, YouTube unlisted, Loom) and paste the link in your application. We want to know the person behind the timeline, not just read a list of software you know.
