Help Build Music That Brings Healing, Hope and the Presence of God

Hello,

My name is Niki Vasilakis, and I’m looking for someone very special to partner with me.

This is more than a job. It’s an opportunity to help build a ministry through music.

For many years I have worked as a professional violinist, performing on concert stages and recording music. As my career has grown, so has a deeper sense of calling—to create music that brings people into places of peace, beauty, hope and the presence of God.

I believe music has the power to quiet anxious hearts, comfort people in grief, inspire worship, and point people towards something eternal.

I want to spend my life creating that kind of music.

To do that well, I need someone who is passionate about helping that music reach the people who need it most.

I’m praying for someone who loves Jesus, believes that excellence honours God, and sees digital media as a powerful tool for ministry.

The Vision

The vision is to build an international online presence centred around music that brings healing, hope and peace to people around the world.

This includes:

* Worship-inspired music
* Concert films
* Devotional and reflective content
* Storytelling through music
* Resources that nurture the soul of artists
* Future creative projects that point people towards beauty, hope and the love of Christ

Every recording, every video and every project is created with the desire that someone, somewhere, would encounter hope through music.

The Role

I’m looking for a Digital Growth & Artist Operations Director to become my long-term strategic partner.

This is not an artist management role.

You won’t be booking concerts, managing performances or representing me professionally.

Instead, your mission is to ensure that every piece of music and every creative project reaches the widest possible audience online.

You will oversee the digital side of the ministry by helping manage and grow:

* My website
* Spotify
* Apple Music
* Amazon Music
* YouTube
* Instagram
* Facebook
* TikTok
* Email newsletters
* Digital catalogue management
* Playlist pitching
* Radio promotion
* Christian radio promotion
* Sync licensing submissions
* Search engine optimisation
* Metadata and discoverability
* Analytics and audience growth

You’ll help build systems that allow the music to travel further than I could ever do on my own.

Experience in music marketing, digital marketing or artist development would be wonderful, but just as important is a willingness to learn, a servant heart and a passion for helping meaningful work reach the world.
