JOB OVERVIEW

We are a premium short-term rental (STR) design firm specializing in ROI-driven transformations with a 5-business-day turnaround model. We operate on a structured, template-based system built for speed, precision, and scalability. We're hiring 3–4 production-focused designers who thrive in deadline-driven environments.

This is not a boutique, slow creative role. It's a high-performance production environment — and a great fit if you want fast-paced, high-paying, consistent revenue without spending time on client acquisition.

## What Makes This Different
Our designers work across a variety of project types and aesthetics — not the same style on repeat. You'll get to see your designs come to life: our clients typically complete installs 6–12 weeks after design delivery, so your work becomes real spaces, not just renderings that sit in a folder. Our current team consistently tells us they value the clarity of our communication and expectations — you'll always know what's expected, when, and why.

## Responsibilities
- Execute full STR design projects (interior & exterior) within 5 business days
- Follow structured templates and sourcing systems
- Deliver high-quality, investor-focused, detail-oriented designs with strong consistency across projects
- Manage up to 2–3 concurrent projects
- Stay within included revision rounds per project (1 internal and 1 client)

## Compensation
Per-project compensation based on property size and scope. Typical project range: $350–$1,400 USD, averaging around $960 per project. Paid 50% on design package delivery with internal revisions complete, 50% on final client delivery with client revisions included. Quarterly performance bonus eligibility tied to company margin and timeline metrics.

## Requirements
- **Architecture background or experience required** (degree, coursework, or professional experience)
- Interior design experience preferred; strong interest in interior design is a plus if architecture background is solid
- Strong sourcing and budget control skills
- Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality
- Excellent, clear communication
- Comfortable working within structured systems

We provide a structured onboarding program to get you fully ramped on our tools and workflow before your first project.

All shortlisted candidates will complete a paid test project (2 day turnaround required).
