JOB OVERVIEW

UKLS is looking for a motivated and confident Business Development Appointment Setter to help grow our customer base across the UK. You will be responsible for identifying potential business customers, making outbound calls, qualifying opportunities, and booking meetings for our UK sales team.

This is not a hard sales role. Your primary objective is to generate high-quality appointments with businesses that have a need for our products and services.

UKLS supplies businesses across the UK with:

Printer consumables (toner, ink and ribbons)
Business printers and multifunction devices
Label printers and barcode solutions
Labels and thermal media
Managed print solutions
Other office printing and imaging products
Responsibilities
Research and identify potential business customers.
Make outbound cold calls to UK businesses.
Speak with decision-makers and qualify opportunities.
Book qualified appointments for the UK sales team.
Update our CRM with accurate notes and activity.
Follow up with prospects via email where appropriate.
Meet daily and monthly activity and appointment targets.
Requirements
Excellent spoken and written English.
Previous B2B cold calling or appointment-setting experience.
Confident speaking with business decision-makers.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet working environment.
Experience using CRM systems is desirable.
Success Measures
80–120 outbound calls per day.
Accurate CRM updates.
Qualified meetings booked for the sales team.
Consistent achievement of monthly appointment targets.
