Overview of the Role
We are looking for a creative and technically proficient Long-Form YouTube Video Editor to join our team on a long-term, remote basis. Our channel focuses on high-level fitness coaching, specifically the $1M-Level Body program, which helps clients optimize hormones, blood work, and metabolic health. The primary responsibility involves transforming raw talking head footage into polished, high-retention educational content.
The ideal candidate understands that talking head videos require constant visual engagement. You will be expected to utilize pattern interrupts, strategic zooms, and dynamic B-roll to maintain viewer interest throughout 10–15 minute episodes.
Key Responsibilities and Expectations
The editor will be responsible for the end-to-end post-production workflow for one primary video per week, alongside managing a backlog of existing content.
