Elite Marketing Manager Wanted: Right Hand to an 8-Figure eCommerce Founding Team

The Position: Executive Assistant - Marketing (Right Hand to the Founding Team)
Location: 100% Remote
Start: $1,500/month - with no ceiling. It goes as far as you take it.

What You'll Do

You'll be the right hand to our founding team - hands-on in marketing:

? Writing scripts, ads, and copy using Direct Response principles
? Running A/B tests and CVR optimization that move real numbers
? Building structure and processes across marketing
? Overseeing video editors and keeping quality elite
? Editing funnels, media buying (Meta & Google), product testing

We'll hand you skills that can change your entire career - copywriting, media buying, funnel building, and more. The kind of abilities that open doors for the rest of your life. Just be ready, because we train fast and expect you to keep up.

Who You Are
- 5+ years at an eCommerce brand or online marketing agency (non-negotiable)
. One of the hardest workers anyone knows - you obsess over getting it right
- Exceptionally smart - you learn fast and see what others miss
- A flawless, persuasive writer in English
- Independent - you find the work and do it, no hand-holding
- Loyal - you want to build something real, long-term
- Comfortable with Shopify, Canva, AI (Claude/ChatGPT daily), and modern tools
