JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly skilled Creative Producer for our fast-growing ecommerce brands.
This is not just a video editing role.
You must fully understand ecommerce advertising, creative strategy, content sourcing, hooks, UGC, AI workflows, and performance-focused creatives.

You will be responsible for:
-Finding and improving winning ad creatives
-Researching competitor ads, trends, and viral products
-Sourcing high-quality UGC, stock footage, creator content, and product videos
-Researching content from TikTok, Facebook Ad Library, Instagram, Pinterest, AliExpress, Amazon, competitor websites, and other platforms
-Finding new hooks, angles, emotional triggers, and ad concepts
-Creating high-converting TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest ads
-Creating multiple creative variations from winning ads
-Replacing weak or outdated content with stronger and more modern creatives
-Improving pacing, retention, subtitles, CTA’s, and overall conversion performance
-Using AI tools to increase creative output and efficiency
-Understanding what makes ecommerce ads convert and scale

Requirements:
-Strong experience with ecommerce/performance creatives
-Advanced video editing skills
-Strong understanding of hooks, pacing, retention, and conversion-focused ads
-Experience with TikTok-style and UGC creatives
-Strong understanding of direct response marketing
-Strong knowledge of AI creative tools and workflows
-Ability to independently research winning creatives and content
-Ability to think creatively and strategically
-Ability to work fast without sacrificing quality

Preferred AI Tools:
ChatGPT, CapCut AI, Runway, Arcads, Creatify, HeyGen, Midjourney, Kling, Veo, or similar tools.

Software:
CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Canva.
