- The Position: Executive Assistant - Marketing & Operations (Trained Into Hands-On CMO)

- Compensation: $1,500/month to start - with no ceiling, really. It goes as far as you take it.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

This is primarily a hands-on marketing role - with a heavy focus on writing. But you'll also help us build structure, sharpen processes, and grow our team as we scale. You'll be our right hand across the business.

Don't worry if some of this is new. As you learn, you'll take on more. Here's what your weeks will eventually look like:

? Writing scripts, ads, and copy using proven Direct Response principles (this is core - you must love writing)
? Optimizing conversion rates and running A/B tests that move real numbers
? Bringing structure and processes into how we run marketing
? Overseeing video editors - reviewing their work, giving revisions, keeping quality high
? Editing funnels with drag-and-drop tools
? Media buying across Meta & Google Ads
? Product testing using our internal templates
? Helping build the team as we grow

The first weeks and months have one goal: learn as much as humanly possible.

The end goal: you become a core operator we rely on completely.

Minimum Requirements
- You've worked at an online marketing agency OR an eCommerce brand. This is a must - you already understand how this world works. (Whatever your exact role was - marketing, ops, organization, assistant - we're open.)
- Fluent, exceptional English - you write clearly and persuasively
Comfortable with tools like Shopify, Canva, and social media (you don't need to be an expert - just comfortable and quick to learn)
- You use AI daily (Claude / ChatGPT) - not occasionally
- Fluent with modern tools (Slack, Notion, and whatever's new)
- Notice what's NOT here: years of deep marketing experience. That's what we'll teach you. We care far more about raw intelligence and work ethic than a perfect track record.
