At OOAK Advisory we help e-commerce operators scale to 8 figures by installing proven systems across advertising, supply chain, team building, and brand. Alongside the advisory work we run coaching and mastermind programs, our founders' personal brands, and our own e-commerce brands.
We're hiring an Affiliate Manager to build our affiliate program from scratch and own it end to end. You start as a one-person operation. When this channel grows, it's because of you.
Key Responsibilities
• Recruit and onboard affiliates and creators for our coaching and mastermind programs and our ecom brands
• Keep partners active with regular check-ins, not one-time signups
• Structure commission tiers, benchmarks, and deal terms that reward top performers
• Equip affiliates with links, assets, briefs, and offers so they can actually sell
• Track performance, payouts, and conversion rates, and act on what the numbers say
Requirements
• 2–3 years managing an affiliate, partner, or influencer program with real revenue attached
• Comfortable with affiliate and tracking tools and reading a performance dashboard
• Fluent in attributed revenue, conversion rates, and payout terms, and confident d
• Strong written English; you'll pitch partners and write briefs daily
• Self-directed, chases their own follow-ups and hits their own deadlines
Bonus Points
• DTC or e-commerce brands, or creator partnerships
• You've built a program up from a small base, not just maintained a mature one
What We Offer
• Competitive salary of $1,500–$2,000/month depending on experience + performance bonus
• 30–40 hours per week, remote and flexible
• Direct access to founders and early ownership of a channel that's still being built
• Room to grow into a partnerships or growth lead role and build a team under you
Not the Right Fit
This is not a link-posting or data-entry role. We're looking for someone who treats affiliates like a portfolio to grow.
