Job Summary:
Research, identify, and develop the highest-performing content opportunities across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Pinterest, and emerging platforms. The objective is to build a scalable, content strategy that maximizes viewership, audience growth, engagement, and long-term reach through data-driven content, automation, and multi-platform distribution.

Key Responsibilities:
Research and rank high-performing content niches, formats, and trends.
Analyze successful creators, competitors, and platform algorithms.
Develop a cross-platform content strategy and repurposing workflow.
Recommend AI tools and automation for research, scripting, editing, publishing, and analytics.
Create a 90-day content plan with KPIs, growth recommendations, and scalable production processes.

Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience growing social media channels.
Strong research and analytical skills.
Knowledge of social media algorithms, SEO, and audience growth strategies.
Experience with AI-powered content creation and automation tools.
Ability to translate research into actionable, scalable content strategies.
