JOB OVERVIEW

We're hiring a high-performing B2B Sales Executive to support an established gifting company in Australia. The company specializes in premium corporate hampers and gifting solutions, helping businesses build stronger relationships with their clients, teams, and partners.

This is a fully remote opportunity with a stable international client and long-term growth potential.

What You'll Do:
• Make daily outbound calls to B2B prospects to open new corporate gifting accounts
• Confidently navigate gatekeepers, connect with key decision-makers, and handle objections
• Understand client gifting requirements and recommend suitable hamper solutions
• Own the full sales cycle from first call to closed order
• Build long-term relationships that drive repeat business
• Maintain accurate CRM records, lead tracking, and notes daily
• Own your pipeline and consistently drive results

What We're Looking For:
• Proven B2B sales experience, ideally with heavy outbound calling
• Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with decision-makers
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Self-driven and proactive; able to execute without constant supervision
• Organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail
• Comfortable being accountable for activity and performance metrics

Nice to Have:
• Experience in corporate gifting, retail, or B2B account management is a plus — training will be provided.
