JOB OVERVIEW

Hello! Our team is growing, and we are looking for an AI Product Implementation Specialist to join us full-time.

We need someone who can help onboard new clients, set up their accounts, troubleshoot issues, and continue improving our software product.

Our application is developed and maintained primarily using Claude. You do not need to be a traditional software developer or have extensive coding knowledge. However, you should be comfortable using AI tools, learning new systems, solving problems, and working through technical tasks.

We are looking for someone who enjoys improving processes, experimenting with AI, helping clients, and taking ownership of their work.

This is not a basic virtual assistant position.

## What You Need to Have:

Experience using Claude or similar AI tools to complete complex tasks, solve problems, or build and improve systems.

Strong attention to detail. You must be able to carefully follow an onboarding process and verify that every part of a client’s setup is working correctly.

The ability to troubleshoot problems instead of immediately giving up when something does not work.

The ability to clearly explain what you tried, what happened, and what information you need from the team.

Good written and spoken English.

Strong organizational and project management skills.

The ability to work independently while also communicating consistently with our team.

A willingness to learn new AI tools, platforms, and processes.

Experience working with webhooks, integrations, or automation tools is preferred but not mandatory.

Experience working inside an AI-assisted IDE or development environment, such as Antigravity or a similar platform, is preferred but not mandatory.

You do not need to know JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, or traditional software development.

However, you must be comfortable learning how our product works and using Claude to make changes, test improvements, and troubleshoot problems.

## SEO Experience:

Experience with search engine optimization is strongly preferred, but it is not mandatory.

Helpful SEO experience may include:

* Keyword research
* On-page SEO
* Local SEO
* Google Business Profile optimization
* Service and location pages
* Title tags and meta descriptions
* Website content optimization
* Internal linking
* Technical SEO audits
* SEO reporting
* Understanding how websites rank in Google

Experience working with restoration companies, home service businesses, or local service businesses would be especially valuable.

## GoHighLevel Experience:

Experience with GoHighLevel is strongly preferred.

You should ideally understand some of the following:

* Subaccounts
* Workflows
* Automations
* Custom fields
* Forms and surveys
* Pipelines
* Calendars
* Phone numbers
* Email and SMS setup
* Snapshots
* Webhooks
* Integrations

You do not need to be a GoHighLevel expert, but you should be comfortable learning and working inside the platform.

## What You Will Do:

You will onboard new clients into our software and make sure their accounts are set up correctly.

You will collect, organize, and verify the information needed to complete each client’s setup.

You will configure client websites, accounts, integrations, automations, and other parts of our system.

You will work inside GoHighLevel to set up subaccounts, workflows, custom fields, calendars, pipelines, phone numbers, and messaging systems.

You will use Claude to make changes and improvements to our existing product.

You will use AI-assisted development tools to work inside the application, follow instructions, make updates, and test the results.

You will troubleshoot technical issues when something is not working correctly.

You will test your work before showing it to the team or marking a task as complete.

You will assist with website content, service pages, location pages, and other SEO-related work when needed.

You will review websites and client setups for missing information, errors, or opportunities for improvement.

You will document the onboarding and setup process so that it becomes easier, faster, and more consistent over time.

You will identify repetitive tasks that could be automated.

You will recommend improvements to both the product and the client onboarding process.

As you become more familiar with the system, we want you to take greater ownership of product development, client implementation, and technical operations.

## Work Schedule:

This is a full-time position.

You must be available to work at the same time as our team for at least four hours each working day.

Our team works in Los Angeles time.

You must have a reliable computer, a reliable internet connection, and a quiet place to work.

## Pay:

Starting pay is $7 to $10 per hour, depending on your experience and performance during the assessment process.

This is a long-term position with opportunities for fast raises and advancement.

Your compensation can increase as you demonstrate that you can independently onboard clients, troubleshoot problems, improve the product, and take ownership of projects.

We will review your performance and compensation after your first month.
