JOB OVERVIEW

# Full-Time AI Video Editor for Ads and Social Media Content

## Summary

We are looking for a **full-time AI video editor** to join our team.

Your main job is to turn our scripts into polished video ads and social media content.

This is a long-term role.

You will be working closely with our marketing and content team.

We will provide:

* Full scripts
* Our founder’s video library
* Voice recordings
* Chart images when needed
* Brand assets
* Clear examples of the style we want
* Feedback to help you improve

You do not need to come up with the full content idea yourself.

Your job is to bring the script to life.

## How Our Content Works

For most topics there will be two versions:

* One video ad
* One social media content video

Both videos will normally use the same main story.

The main difference will be the ending and the CTA.

You will not need to create both videos from zero.

Once the first version is completed the second version should be much faster.

## Your Responsibilities

Your daily work may include:

* Choosing suitable footage from our video library
* Uploading the footage into HeyGen or other AI video tools
* Applying AI lip sync to match the script
* Editing the complete video
* Adding B-roll to improve the story
* Adding chart images when needed
* Adding captions
* Adding music and sound effects
* Creating strong hooks
* Keeping the video fast and engaging
* Making sure the final video feels natural
* Creating different versions for Facebook and Instagram
* Making revisions based on feedback
* Organising project files properly
* Delivering videos on schedule

We want someone who understands that good editing is not only about making a video look nice.

The video must hold attention.

It must tell a clear story.

It must make the viewer want to continue watching.

## Our Preferred AI Workflow

We have tested several AI video workflows.

Many editors generate an AI image first.

They then turn the image into a video.

After that they apply lip sync.

We found that this can sometimes look unnatural.

Our preferred method is:

1. Select a suitable existing video from our library
2. Upload the original footage into HeyGen or another AI tool
3. Apply lip sync directly to the original footage
4. Edit the final video
5. Add B-roll and other visual elements

This normally gives a more natural result.

You should have experience with:

* HeyGen
* AI lip sync
* AI video generation
* Video editing
* Short-form video ads
* Facebook and Instagram content
* Captions
* B-roll selection
* Storytelling
* Music and sound effects
* Basic colour correction
* Creating videos in vertical format

Experience with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects is helpful.

Trading knowledge is helpful but not required.

You must also be:

* Willing to learn
* Able to work independently
* Interested in a long-term role

## Work Arrangement

This is a full-time remote position.

You should be available during agreed working hours.

You must be able to communicate with our team regularly.

The working schedule and monthly salary will be discussed based on your experience and skill level.
