JOB OVERVIEW

MUST BE EXPERIENCED WITH AI AND KNOW HOW TO GENERATE AI VIDEOS!

We’re looking for a high-level video editor who specializes in direct response ads for Facebook & Instagram.

This is NOT a YouTube-style edit. You need to know how to:

Cut aggressively for hook retention

Add motion graphics & kinetic captions that drive attention

Build high-converting short-form Animation style ads AND VSLs (2–3 minutes most of the time)

Edit for conversion, not just aesthetics

You’ll be working with a fast-growing e-commerce brand doing high daily volume in the supplement space. We produce 30+ ads weekly and are now building a small internal team of elite editors.

? What We’re Looking For:
Experience with AI

Proven experience editing direct response ads

Familiar with Facebook/IG ad formats

Understands breakthrough advertising-style copy structure

Can deliver fast, punchy, scroll-stopping edits

Comfortable using Dropbox, Google Drive, etc.

Open to feedback and rapid iteration

???? Bonus If You:
Have worked with 7-figure+ DTC brands

Know how to structure ads using UGC, voiceovers, or testimonials

Know how to use Heygen, Higgsfield, Seedance, Kling, VEO 3 and other ai tools

???? Work Style:
We'll start per video to test quality

If it’s a match, we’ll move to retainer or full-time workload

Looking for someone long-term, not one-off projects
