I Buy Worcester is a family-owned real estate investment company in Worcester, MA. Since 2016 we've bought and sold 200+ homes across Central Massachusetts — cash offers, as-is, no fees or commissions. We hold a 5.0 rating on Google.

We're hiring one person to own our leads and fill our calendar.

**What you'll do**

- Own our CRM (REsimpli): every lead entered, tagged, and dispositioned with clear notes and a next action
- Answer inbound seller calls and make 80–120 outbound dials a day to new and aged leads
- Qualify sellers on motivation, timeline, condition, and price — then book the appointment
- Confirm appointments and run reminders to protect the show rate
- Pull comps and build property packets ahead of each appointment
- Report weekly on pipeline and cost per lead, appointment, and contract

**What we measure**

First contact within 5 minutes of a new lead. 10 qualified appointments per week. 70%+ kept rate. 100% of leads dispositioned within 24 hours.

**What you need**

1+ years in phone sales, appointment setting, inside sales, or high-volume customer service. Clear spoken English. Genuinely organized — an incomplete CRM field bothers you. Comfortable with rejection and volume. Reliable internet, a quiet workspace, and a headset. Real estate experience is a plus, not a requirement.

**Compensation**

$5/hour base, plus $10 for every appointment set and kept, plus $50when one converts to a signed contract. Reviewed at 90 days. Clear path to Acquisitions Manager.
