About My Beauty Swap

My Beauty Swap is a brand new global platform built exclusively for verified beauty professionals.

Instead of paying for treatments with money, members exchange treatments using Swap balance.

We’re launching in Australia first before expanding internationally.

This isn’t another beauty page.

We’re creating a movement and building a worldwide community of beauty professionals.

We’re looking for someone who genuinely wants to help build a brand from the beginning.

This is a long-term role with room to grow into Marketing Manager.

This is NOT a beginner role.

Please don’t apply if you’re still learning social media.

We’re looking for someone who already knows what works.

Someone who can step in and confidently manage our social media without needing constant direction.

You should already and confidently understand how to:

- Grow Instagram organically
- Build engaged communities
- Increase followers that actually convert into members
- Create content people genuinely want to share
- Understand Instagram algorithms
- Write compelling captions
- Create engaging Stories
- Edit high-quality Reels
- Follow trends without making the brand feel cheap

If you’ve worked with beauty, skincare, aesthetics, salons or wellness brands, that’s a huge advantage.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Instagram/ Facebook and soon-to-be TikTok (not yet established)

Manage our Instagram account daily.

Plan monthly content calendars.

Create engaging content.

Write captions.

Schedule posts.

Monitor analytics.

Continuously improve performance.

Stories

Create approximately 7 Stories every day.

Stories should feel authentic, educational and engaging.

Ideas include

- Behind the scenes
- Beauty tips
- Polls
- Quizzes
- Questions
- Member spotlights
- Countdown timers
- Industry news
- Founder updates
- Feature highlights
- Success stories
- New members
- Swap balance tips

Feed Content

Create approximately:

- 2–3 high-quality posts each week
- 2–3 Reels each week

Quality matters far more than quantity.

Community Management

This is extremely important.

We don’t just want followers.

We want members.

You will:

- Reply to comments
- Respond to DMs
- Welcome new followers
- Start genuine conversations
- Encourage professionals to join
- Answer basic questions
- Build relationships
- Make people excited to become members

We want every follower to feel noticed.
