We're looking for someone who gets excited about building brands through design.

At Soleil Studio, we partner with ambitious wellness, beauty, lifestyle, fitness, and creative brands to create content that feels elevated, intentional, and drives real results.

We're a boutique agency with big goals, and we're looking for someone who wants to grow alongside us.

We work with a mix of growing challenger brands and recognizable industry leaders including brands like Pepsi so you'll get real experience designing for both smaller businesses and household names.

What You'll Be Doing

// Design carousels and static graphics for multiple client brands
// Translate content strategy and brand voice into cohesive, on-brand visuals
// Maintain and evolve visual templates for each client's unique aesthetic
// Design graphics that align with each client's brand guidelines, colors, and fonts
// Identify visual trends and adapt them into fresh, on-brand carousel concepts
// Meet content calendar deadlines and manage multiple design projects simultaneously
// Incorporate feedback quickly and iterate on designs with a positive attitude
// Communicate with the team to ensure visuals align with overall content strategy

Skills & Experience

Strong experience with Canva (required)
Strong eye for layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
Ability to design cohesive carousels that tell a story slide to slide
Understanding of Instagram and TikTok visual trends and formats
Ability to adapt design style across multiple brand identities
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Strong organizational and time management skills
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently

Bonus Points

Experience with Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator
Experience editing short-form video content in CapCut
Experience with Metricool
Previous agency experience
Photography or videography experience
Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics

Within your first few months, you'll:

Confidently design carousels and graphics across multiple client accounts
Contribute creative ideas during strategy discussions
Develop a strong grasp of each client's brand identity
Create visuals that drive engagement and growth
Become a trusted member of the Soleil Studio team

Compensation

You'll start by managing 2 client accounts, each requiring roughly 1-2 carousel posts per week, with the opportunity to grow to 5+ accounts as you prove your fit within the team.

The first 60 days serve as a mutual trial period. During this time, starting compensation is $300/month for the 2 accounts. Upon successful completion of the trial, compensation increases based on performance and client scope, with rates for individual accounts typically ranging from $ ---------- /month.

This role offers a clear path toward expanded responsibilities and long-term growth within Soleil Studio.
