JOB OVERVIEW

We are a U.S.-based company looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Full-Time Bookkeeper & E-Commerce Support Representative to join our team.

Responsibilities

1. Bookkeeping

Manage and maintain QuickBooks Online
Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
Categorize and review transactions
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable
Prepare basic financial reports
Communicate with vendors regarding invoices, payments, and account questions

2. E-Commerce / Data Entry

Manage product information in Shopify and Amazon
Add and update product listings
Update pricing and product details
Perform general data entry and maintain accurate product information

Requirements:
Strong QuickBooks Online experience
3 Years Bookkeeping experience, preferably with a U.S.-based company
Experience with Shopify and/or Amazon is a plus
Excellent written and spoken English
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfortable communicating directly with vendors
Reliable, responsive, and able to work independently
Available for full-time work during U.S. business hours
