Healthcare Recruiter (ABA)
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Healthcare Recruiter with a strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) recruitment to join our growing team.
In this role, you will lead the recruitment process for clinical positions, primarily Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs/BTs). The ideal candidate has experience handling high-volume healthcare recruitment, is highly organized, and can independently manage the full recruitment lifecycle while consistently meeting hiring goals.
Responsibilities
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for BCBAs, RBTs/BTs, and other ABA clinical positions.
Create and manage job postings on Apploi, LinkedIn, Indeed, OnlineJobs.ph, and other recruitment platforms.
Source, screen, interview, and qualify candidates for client endorsement.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified ABA professionals.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Conduct initial interviews for RBT/BT and other clinical positions when required.
Track recruitment KPIs, hiring metrics, and sourcing performance.
Lead weekly recruitment updates and KPI reporting.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand hiring priorities and staffing needs.
Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Continuously improve sourcing strategies to meet hiring targets.
Requirements
Proven experience recruiting for ABA or behavioral health positions (Required).
Strong experience recruiting Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs/BTs).
Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Hands-on experience using Apploi, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
Ability to manage multiple open positions in a fast-paced environment.
Experience tracking recruitment KPIs and hiring metrics.
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Reliable computer, internet connection, and quiet home office.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience conducting interviews for clinical healthcare positions.
Previous experience leading or mentoring a recruitment team.
Experience working with U.S.-based healthcare or ABA companies.
Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment reporting.
Work Schedule
The client is open to either of the following EST schedules:
Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST
Monday to Friday | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST
