# **Medical Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist (Home Health) – Permanent WFH**

**???? Remote | ???? US Pacific Time (Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM)**
**???? Starting Salary: $720 USD/month + Monthly Performance Bonus**

Join **Tender Home Health**, a growing Medicare-certified Home Health agency based in California. We're looking for an experienced **Medical QA Specialist** to review Home Health documentation, ensure Medicare compliance, and support accurate reimbursement.

### **What You'll Do**

* Review OASIS, Plans of Care, and Home Health documentation
* Ensure Medicare/CMS compliance and billing readiness
* Identify documentation deficiencies and coordinate corrections
* Support accurate ICD-10 coding and Medicare reimbursement
* Collaborate with clinicians, case managers, and billing staff
* Help reduce claim denials and improve documentation quality

### **Qualifications**

**Required:**

* Active RN or LVN license
* Home Health experience
* Strong knowledge of Medicare documentation and OASIS
* Experience with ICD-10 coding
* Experience using **WellSky (Kinnser)** or similar EMR
* Strong English communication and analytical skills
* Previous experience with a U.S. healthcare organization

**Preferred:**

* Bachelor's degree
* Home Health QA and Medicare billing experience
