Role
MAIN ROLE: The Appointment Setter is responsible for generating qualified sales opportunities through outbound prospecting, inbound lead follow-up, CRM management, and marketing automation.
This role qualifies prospects, books appointments for the Sales Closer, manages GoHighLevel workflows, and ensures every lead receives consistent follow-up. This position does not close sales.
PROJECT BASED SECONDARY ROLE: Sign on bonuses are available for candidates who can:
Build a complete GoHighLevel CRM and automation system
Build and optimize Meta
Create an automated postcard direct mail campaign
Complete other approved marketing, AI, automation, or operational improvement projects
Candidates with these skills will receive priority consideration during the interview process and each build will be paid out on completion.
Responsibilities
Respond to inbound leads via phone, text, and
Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, texts,
Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for the Sales Closer.
Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline stages.
Manage GoHighLevel automations, workflows,
Ensure every qualified lead receives consistent follow-up.
Build referral relationships with real estate professionals.
Participate in sales training and continuously improve prospecting skills.
Results
Book 20–30 qualified appointments per month
Support 4 new signed management clients per month
Respond to inbound leads within 5 minutes
Complete 40–75 outbound touchpoints per day (ads, automations, linkedin etc)
Maintain 70%+ appointment show rate
Keep CRM records accurate and up to date
Ensure GoHighLevel automations remain operational
Requirements
Skills
1-2 years appointment setter or outbound sales
C1/C2 English preferred (B2 minimum)
Excellent and reliable internet
Excellent written and verbal communication
Comfortable making outbound cold calls
Strong organization and follow-up skills
CRM experience (GoHighLevel preferred)

Compensation

$750 USD/month
No commission
Option 2
$300 USD/month base
Monthly Commission:
$100 per closed client (Clients 1–4)
$200 per closed client (Clients 5+)
Commission is earned when the Appointment Setter sourced or booked the opportunity, the client signs a management agreement, and the Company receives the client's onboarding payment.
