JOB OVERVIEW

We currently operate a successful ecommerce website, along with an Amazon and Ebay store. The Amazon and Ebay stores do not get the attention that they should, and we are looking for an experienced specialist to lead our effort to grow these stores. This is an owner-operator role, not a task-doer role. You will be expected to make decisions, implement them yourself, and be accountable for results.

What you'll be responsible for:
- Become familiar with our industry and develop a working knowledge of our products
- Optimize existing listings
- Create listings for many of the products available on our website but not yet listed on our marketplace stores
- Manage Amazon and Ebay advertising budget
- Monitor account health, handle suppressed listings, navigate category compliance
- Create and manage cases with customer support
- Track and create reports detailing sales and profitability
- Assist in inventory planning and shipment creation in FBA workflow
- Work with our in-house marketing team on creative needs
- Provide weekly written and video update detailing metrics, what changed and what's next
- Maintain documentation of your processes

Requirements:
- 3+ years actively managing Amazon Seller Central accounts
- Demonstrated experience scaling an Amazon catalog and launching new products successfully
- Direct experience managing Amazon advertising with results you can talk through
- Strong written English suitable for US consumer product listings and ad copy
- Comfortable with technical/electronics products
- Reliable communication on US business hours (ideally at least 4 hours of daily overlap with US Eastern time)
- Ability to make decisions and implement, not just recommend
- Experienced with Microsoft Excel

Our tools and platforms:
- Magento 2 ecommerce platform
- Channable manages and manipulates product feed from Magento to marketplaces
- Amazon Seller Central / eBay Seller Hub marketplace platforms
- SellerBoard reporting system
- Claude AI

Nice to have:
- Direct experience with Magento 2 and/or Channable
- Prior Ebay experience
- Knowledge or experience with two-way radios (our primary product category)
- Familiarity with FCC certification requirements for radio listings
