Virtual Assistant / Operations Manager (Long-Term) – Help Build a Global Kindness Movement

$6–8 USD/hour (depending on experience)

Who We're Looking For

I'm looking for someone who enjoys wearing many hats.

One day you might research schools.

The next day you might build webpages.

Another day you'll organize thousands of contacts, write emails with ChatGPT, or help launch a new kindness campaign.

If you love learning new technology and solving problems, you'll enjoy this position.

Collect accurate contact information
Verify email addresses
Organize everything into spreadsheets

Email Outreach
Build email lists
Personalize emails using ChatGPT
Send large email campaigns
Track responses
Follow up with interested organizations
Maintain CRM or spreadsheet records
Website Content

Create simple webpages using templates.

You'll receive content and then:

Add text
Upload images
Add logos
Insert QR codes
Format pages
Publish pages

No advanced programming required.

Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a bonus.

You'll regularly use:
