JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Recruiter to help source, screen, and hire top talent across various industries. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, enjoys connecting with people, and can manage multiple hiring processes in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and other recruitment channels
Review applications and screen candidates based on job requirements
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
Maintain an organized recruitment pipeline and applicant tracking system
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements
Meet recruitment targets and hiring deadlines

Qualifications
1–2 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience
Strong sourcing and screening skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience using job boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed, OnlineJobs.ph, JobStreet, or similar platforms
Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
Strong organizational and time management skills
Experience working remotely is a plus
