JOB OVERVIEW

We run Facebook/Meta ad campaigns for small local businesses — roofing companies, nurseries, lighting contractors, financial advisors, home services. Before we can launch anything, we have to get connected to the client's accounts.

That's the "connectivity call": a short Zoom call where you walk a business owner through connecting their Facebook page and ad account to our system, and their calendar to our CRM so leads can book appointments. Calendar-only setups take five to ten minutes; anything involving Facebook runs twenty-five to thirty and sometimes needs a second session.

The steps aren't hard once you know them. What's hard is who you're doing them with — non-technical owners, often in their 50s and 60s, frequently taking the call from a job site, who get frustrated fast when software misbehaves. A lot of this job is calm, friendly hand-holding while someone hunts for a button.

Required
Excellent spoken English — fluent, natural, minimal accent. This is non-negotiable. You'll be on live calls with American small business owners who are already mildly frustrated with technology. If they have to work to understand you, the call falls apart. We screen for this.
Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel, specifically user setup, profile settings, and calendar integrations. You should know what "Update Availability" means without us explaining it.
Hands-on experience with Meta Business Manager / Facebook Ads Manager — business assets, ad accounts, page roles, asset assignment, payment methods. You don't need to be a media buyer, but you need to know Business Manager cold, including where things hide.
Real patience with non-technical people. You'll say "it's in the bottom left corner" to someone who cannot find the bottom left corner. Repeatedly. Warmly.
Ability to guide someone without seeing their screen, describing where things are clearly enough that they can find them on their own
Confident running Zoom: sending links in chat, getting someone to share their screen, sorting out audio across devices, directing someone else's screen without taking over
Comfortable on calls with several people at once, figuring out live who actually has the access you need
Reliable quiet workspace, strong internet, good headset, working webcam
Organized — this role is half live call, half clean records. Details you don't log become someone else's problem the next day.

Nice to Have
Prior agency experience onboarding clients
Familiarity with Leadsie or similar account-access tools
Experience with Airtable and Slack
Experience supporting older or non-technical users
Any customer support or account management background where you talked people through software live

Who This Is Right For
You're the person friends call when their computer isn't working, and you don't sigh about it. You're warm on the phone without sounding scripted. You can hold a friendly conversation with a sixty-year-old roofing contractor and also know exactly which submenu in Business Manager holds ad account settings. You'd rather own a process end to end than work a ticket queue.

Who This Is Not Right For
If you need a script for everything, this will frustrate you — no two of these calls go the same way. And if you're uncomfortable politely holding a boundary — "I know it's inconvenient, but we really do need you on a computer for this. Can we move to two o'clock?" — this isn't the seat.

How to Apply
Please send:

A short note on your experience with GoHighLevel and Meta Business Manager. Be specific about what you've actually done in each, not just that you've used them.
A 60–90 second voice or video recording answering this: "A business owner has joined the call on his iPhone from a job site. He's in a hurry and a little annoyed. Explain why you need him on a desktop computer, and get him to agree to reschedule." Just talk — we're listening for your English, your tone, and how you handle someone who's mildly irritated.
Your available hours in US Central Time.
