Job Description
Automation and Systems Specialist (n8n, Go High Level and Complex Integrations)
Location: Remote, Philippines Reports to: CEO Type: Full time
The Role
We are looking for an experienced automation and integration specialist who can take full ownership of complex n8n builds and related system integrations. This is not an entry level automation role. We need someone who can work independently on advanced workflow logic, troubleshoot when something breaks silently, and build new automation from a business requirement rather than a fully specified brief.
You will be working across our CRM platform, ClickUp and other connected tools, supporting both head office operations and a wider network of local delivery partners.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build and maintain complex n8n workflows, including multi step logic, conditional branching, error handling and third party API integrations
Take ownership of existing automation builds, including full understanding of what has already been built, why, and how it fits together
Build and maintain integrations between our CRM platform, Go High Level, ClickUp and other business systems
Diagnose and resolve automation failures, including silent failures where a workflow stops working without an obvious error
Document workflow logic clearly, so builds do not depend on one person's memory
Support the ongoing ClickUp automation rollout and its integration with reporting and task tracking
Work with the technical and operations team to identify where manual processes can be automated
Manage credentials, API keys and integration security responsibly, following agreed access protocols
Support technical elements of new product builds, including AI enabled tools and subscription based services as these are developed
What We Are Looking For
Essential
Proven experience building complex, production level workflows in n8n, not just simple trigger and action automations
Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, authentication methods and how to connect systems that were not designed to talk to each other
Ability to read and understand someone else's automation build and take it over with confidence
Strong problem solving skills and comfort working through ambiguous or partially documented systems
Clear written communication in English, including the ability to document technical work so a non technical person can follow it
Experience working independently in a remote team, with minimal need for close supervision on day to day tasks
Desirable
Experience with CRM platforms, particularly in a marketing or agency context
Familiarity with ClickUp or similar project management and automation tools
Experience working with AI tools as part of an automation stack
Previous experience supporting a franchise, multi location, or multi client business model
What Success Looks Like
Existing automation continues to run reliably, with issues caught and resolved before they affect the wider business
New automation is built to a high standard, properly documented, and does not create a single point of failure
The wider team has confidence that complex technical builds are in safe hands
Automation increasingly reduces manual work across the business, supporting the wider goal of growing recurring revenue without adding proportional headcount
Salary and Package
[To be confirmed based on approved budget for this role]
