JOB OVERVIEW

Inbound Sales & Booking Representative

We are hiring a full-time inbound sales representative to respond to warm leads, speak with prospects over the phone, and convert them into booked appointments.

This is not cold calling. Every person you contact has already called us, replied to a message, or shown interest in our services.

You will work with two businesses:

* A car detailing company where you will answer incoming calls, explain the service, handle questions, and close the customer into a booking.
* An M&A company where you will speak with business owners interested in selling their company, qualify them, and book a meeting with our team.

What You Will Do

* Respond to new inbound leads within five minutes
* Call warm leads who have expressed interest
* Follow a proven sales script while sounding natural
* Ask qualifying questions and understand the prospect's needs
* Handle common questions and objections
* Convert qualified prospects into booked appointments
* Update lead information and appointment details accurately

Experience Required

You should have previous experience in at least one of the following:

* Inbound phone sales
* Inside sales
* Call center sales
* Appointment setting with warm leads
* Service business booking
* Customer-facing sales

Experience selling over the phone is strongly preferred.

Hours

* Monday through Saturday
* 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time
* You must remain available throughout the scheduled hours
* This is a full-time position. Do not apply if you currently have another full-time job.

Compensation

* $650 per month base pay
* Up to $150 per month in performance bonuses
* $800 projected monthly compensation
