About us:
We're a small U.S.-based ecommerce brand (Shopify) selling fitness and recovery products. Founder-led, small team (founder + warehouse rep + you). Direct, no-drama culture. We move fast, optimize, adapt, and automate what we can. We don't do busywork for its own sake.
We're looking for one experienced operator to become our right hand across marketing operations, customer service, and admin. This is a long-term role, not a short project.
What you'll do (in order of priority):

• Customer service — Respond to customer
• Analytics & reporting — Pull weekly numbers from Shopify, GA4, and Omnisend into a simple table. We'll give you the template.
• Admin & coordination — Coordinate with our warehouse rep on orders and inventory, manage the founder's inbox and calendar, schedule meetings, track vendor communications.
• Personal assistant support — Founder's personal inbox triage, scheduling, and occasional research.

• Canva, Adobe Illustrator or other graphic design tool
• Personal familiarity with fitness, health, or wellness. In our experience, VAs who don't personally engage with health and fitness struggle to understand and communicate about our products seemlessly.
Personal skills:
• Process-disciplined. Follows a workflow the same way every time, even when it's boring.
• Solution-oriented. Brings answers when possible, brings clear questions when not.
• Comfortable with data. Not a data scientist, but reads a spreadsheet, spots when a number looks wrong, and asks.
• Direct communicator. Writes short, clear messages. Flags problems early.
• Independent. Manages own time and priorities within a defined scope.
What we offer:
• $8.50 to $11 per hour depending on experience and performance
• Hours will start at 15 per week with the possibility of expanding to 20-25 per week
• Long-term, stable work with one founder
• Clear SOPs and a founder who documents decisions
• No micromanagement, no busywork, no drama
• Paid 2-week trial to make sure we're a fit both ways
• Occasional performance bonuses
Schedule:
• Minimum 4 hours of overlap with U.S. Mountain Time (Denver). Some flexibility on which hours, but availability during our morning is preferred.
