JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a skilled 2D Animator to join our YouTube Shorts channel. We are ONLY looking for creatives who can produce clean, dynamic, and highly engaging visuals similar to the style shown here:

----------What You’ll Do----------
- Create 30–60 second YouTube Shorts (2 to 3 videos per week).
- Match and adapt to the reference style while adding your own creative flair.
- Use animation and visual storytelling to maximize retention and engagement.
- Design characters using AI/Canva.
- Generate eye-catching and dynamic animated hooks within the first few seconds.
- Add sound design, captions, transitions, and motion effects to enhance each video.
- Ensure smooth animation, clean transitions, and polished final output.
- Collaborate with the team via Google Drive, Google Docs, and WhatsApp.
----------Who We’re Looking For----------
- Proven experience in 2D animation for short-form content.
- Strong portfolio showcasing animated videos..
- Strong understanding of timing, pacing, storytelling, and viewer psychology.
- Detail-oriented with both visuals and audio syncing.
- Independent, reliable, and deadline-driven.
- Has a capable setup for efficiently producing and exporting Shorts.
