JOB OVERVIEW

Hey! Real human here, not a faceless agency.

I run a small, growing business in the car world. We find people selling their cars privately, have a friendly chat with them, and connect them to buyers who want those cars. Think of it as matchmaking for used vehicles. Nobody gets scammed, everybody wins, and it's honestly kind of fun once you get the hang of it.

I need someone to be my right hand on the messaging side. This is the engine of the whole business, and right now I'm the engine, which means I never get to sleep. That's where you come in.

What you'll actually do:

Message people selling cars on Facebook Marketplace. Friendly opener, a couple of easy questions (is it still available, any a ---------- , how are the tires and brakes, are they open to offers).
Keep conversations going and be quick to reply. Speed matters here.
As you get the hang of it: help spot good cars, gather the details, and pass the hot ones over to me.

Who I'm looking for:

You write English like a real North American texting a friend. Casual, warm, a little personality. NOT stiff, NOT formal, NOT "Dear valued seller, I hope this message finds you well." If you just cringed at that sentence, we're going to get along.
You're reliable and you actually reply fast. If you disappear for six hours, this isn't the gig.
You follow instructions exactly, even the boring ones. Especially the boring ones.
Bonus points if you' ---------- used Facebook Marketplace before, but I'll teach you everything.

The deal:

Full-time, long-term. I'm looking for someone to grow with, not a one-week fling.
$500/MONTH(CAD) to start, paid weekly. Raises come fast once you prove you're solid. I'd rather pay a great person more than babysit a cheap one. Commission structure will be brought in quickly. If you help sell more, you make more!
I'll train you properly. For the first bit I'll review your work daily, not to breathe down your neck, but because the messaging is an art and I want you to be great at it. Nail it, and you earn more freedom and more money.
