Position Overview

This is not a traditional Amazon Virtual Assistant position.
We are looking for someone with Amazon FBA as their primary area of expertise but who also understands ecommerce, branding, Shopify, AI, and business operations.

You will help manage every stage of the ecommerce process while contributing ideas that improve our systems and help our clients succeed.

Primary Responsibilities

Amazon FBA Operations (Primary Focus)
You will assist with every stage of the Amazon selling process including:

* Product research
* Product validation
* Competitor analysis
* Keep analysis
* Helium 10, Jungle Scout or similar research tools
* Profitability calculations
* Amazon fee analysis
* ROI calculations
* Supplier sourcing
* Alibaba communication
* Supplier negotiation
* Sample ordering
* Product comparison
* Quality control
* Inventory planning
* Product launches
* Amazon Seller Central
* Listing creation
* Listing optimization
* FNSKU generation
* UPC management
* Shipment creation
* Send to Amazon workflow

Existing Products & Product Validation

Initially, we will focus on selling existing products to validate our operational workflow before expanding into branded products and private label.

You should know how to:

* Research existing ASINs
* Verify Buy Box stability
* Analyze competition
* Identify profitable opportunities
* Review pricing history
* Evaluate supplier invoices
* Determine whether products are approved for resale
* Understand Amazon restrictions
* Minimize account risk

Product Bundling (Required Experience)

Bundling knowledge is required.

Once our workflow has been validated, we will begin creating differentiated product bundles that provide more value to customers.

You should understand how to:
* Create profitable bundles
* Identify complementary products
* Improve perceived value
* Calculate bundle profitability
* Source multiple components
* Coordinate bundle assembly
* Package complete kits
* Create new bundle listings
* Determine barcode requirements
* Prepare products for Amazon FBA
* Ensure Amazon bundle compliance

Product Enhancement
We are looking for someone who enjoys improving products, not simply listing them.
You should be able to recommend enhancements such as:
* Instruction cards
* Printed guides

* Premium packaging
* Gift-ready packaging

* Educational content
* Customer onboarding material

Product Inserts
Experience creating compliant Amazon product inserts is required.

You should understand how to create inserts that include:

You should also understand Amazon’s policies regarding review requests and prohibited insert practices.

Supplier Management

You will communicate directly with suppliers and manufacturers.
Responsibilities include:

* Managing packaging
