JOB OVERVIEW

Marketing Project Manager & Executive Assistant — Full-Time, Remote
New Leaf Recovery
We’re a new inpatient addiction rehabilitation and recovery center in Ontario, Canada, launching soon, and we’re looking for an organized, resourceful marketing generalist to own our online presence from the ground up, while also supporting the business as a personal assistant. This is a hands-on role for someone who can juggle several priorities, lean heavily on AI tools to move fast, and knows when to bring in specialist help.
What You Will Do
Marketing
• Manage our website build using an AI website builder, working with a developer if needed for anything complex
• Drive our SEO strategy, using AI tools for keyword research, content drafts, and technical audits
• Run social media across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok — content planning, posting, and engagement
• Support research into advertising compliance requirements, including LegitScript certification
• Help draft website and blog content, using AI tools to speed up drafting, then editing for accuracy and tone
• Develop marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentation decks
Business Support
• Contribute ideas and research to support ongoing business planning
• General research tasks as needed (competitors, vendors, industry regulations, etc.)
• Administrative support — email management, scheduling, and organizing documents
• Assist with day-to-day tasks as our sole support hire, with responsibilities evolving as the business grows
What We’re Looking For
• Comfortable directing and prompting AI tools daily, not just using them occasionally
• Strong organizational and project management instincts — able to prioritize, sequence work, and keep multiple threads moving
• Solid marketing and SEO fundamentals — deep specialization not required, but you should understand the basics well
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Trustworthy and discreet — you’ll have visibility into business planning and sensitive information
• Comfortable wearing multiple hats and working independently as our sole hire, reporting directly to leadership
Schedule
Full-time, 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, overlapping with Eastern time business hours.
Start Date
As soon as possible.
