The Opportunity:

We are looking for a Brand Designer to join our team to help develop, execute, and evolve brand creative across Caraway’s owned marketing channels and website. This role will partner closely with fellow designers to concept and execute impactful, high-performing creative that strengthens and advances Caraway’s visual identity across online and offline touchpoints.

Who You Are:

You are a strategic, execution-minded brand designer with a strong foundation in typography, layout, and visual storytelling. You think beyond the brief — approaching problems from multiple angles and translating business objectives into compelling, cohesive creative across print, digital, and experiential channels.

Responsibilities:
- Execute evergreen/event concepts across multiple channels including, but not limited to: Paid, Social, Email and Print
- Support the brand refresh / evolution work
- Maintain and implement Caraway Brand Guidelines across a variety of marketing & social channels, including:
-- Paid & Organic content (static & motion)
-- Print collateral such as packaging materials, direct mail, retail POS, etc.
-- Website landing pages and all associated content
-- Design for offline/experiential brand activations

Knowledge, skills, and abilities:
- 5+ years of experience in brand design & curating delightful mobile and/or social-first experiences, with a compelling portfolio of distinctive technical creative design work; DTC brand development experience a plus
- Expert in the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, AfterEffects, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere) and related web design tools (Figma)
- Strong organizational skills, time management skills, a keen eye for detail, and ability to manage multiple projects at once
- You work well in a team as well as alone
