Full-Time Canva Designer for Etsy (Long-Term Position)
About Spellsy

We're building a premium digital product brand for Etsy and are looking for a talented Canva Designer to join us long-term.

If you enjoy creating beautiful digital products and want to grow with an exciting startup, we'd love to hear from you.

Your Responsibilities

You'll create original digital products based on our product database.

For each product you will:

Research similar Etsy products
Create the product in Canva
Design a thumbnail
Create 5–10 Etsy listing images
Export the PDF
Upload everything to our Google Drive
Mark the product as completed in our spreadsheet
What We're Looking For
Canva experience
Good English
Creative eye for design
Reliable and detail-oriented
Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude and Canva AI

Whenever possible, products should be created in Canva using Canva Free elements so customers can easily edit the templates.

Productivity

Our target is 5–8 completed products per working day on average while maintaining high quality.

Growth Opportunities

This is a long-term position. As Spellsy grows, there will be opportunities to take on larger responsibilities within the company.

If we complete our product database by February 28, 2027, you'll receive a performance bonus equal to one month's salary.
