REMOTE VIRTUAL ASSISTANT
Sales & Lead Generation Specialist | Part-Time

Rejyn Enterprise is a growing automotive company looking for a driven Virtual Assistant who knows how to spark interest, build relationships, and turn conversations into customers.

This position is ideal for someone who is confident, persuasive, organized, and serious about growing into a leadership role.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Call and follow up with leads submitted through GoHighLevel
• Manage incoming leads through Meta Business Suite
• Track prospects in a spreadsheet and maintain an organized follow-up schedule
• Respond promptly to leads generated through paid advertising campaigns
• Research relevant Facebook groups and identify potential customers
• Engage with prospects through social media and online communities
• Qualify leads, close sales, and collect all required customer information
• Communicate closed-sale details to the administrative team
• Help create and manage Meta advertising campaigns
• Build and maintain customer waitlists
• Keep hot leads engaged and prevent opportunities from going cold

YOU’RE THE RIGHT PERSON IF YOU:

? Are confident, persuasive, and comfortable speaking with potential customers
? Have hands-on experience with GoHighLevel, Meta Business Suite, and Facebook Ads Manager
? Understand sales, lead qualification, follow-up, and closing
? Are organized and comfortable maintaining spreadsheets
? Communicate clearly and professionally
? Spend time on social media and enjoy engaging in online communities
? Can work independently, take initiative, and stay accountable
? Want an opportunity to grow into a sales leadership position
