Drafter / CAD Technician — Remote (Part-Time, 20 Hours/Week, Potential Full-Time)
Nexora Drafting Ltd is hiring part?time Drafters / CAD Technicians (20 hours/week) with the opportunity to transition into full?time.
We provide architectural drafting services across the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and UAE, and we’re looking for detail?oriented drafters who can produce clean, accurate drawings using their own software.

About the Role
This position is ideal for someone who:
has strong architectural drafting experience
understands technical drawing requirements
can interpret sketches, PDFs, markups, and client notes
works accurately and independently
wants stable, long?term remote work
can deliver consistent output each week

Responsibilities
Produce accurate architectural drawings based on client requirements
Interpret sketches, markups, and verbal instructions
Deliver clean, professional drafting output suitable for international markets
Complete revisions when needed
Communicate clearly and ask questions when clarification is required
Meet deadlines and maintain consistent quality

Requirements
Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar drafting software
(You must have your own software — Nexora does not provide licences)
Strong architectural knowledge
Technical understanding of construction drawings
Ability to read and interpret plans, elevations, sections, and details
Reliable internet connection
Ability to work independently without micromanagement

Nice to Have
Civil engineering knowledge
Experience drafting for UK, US, AU, NZ, CA, or UAE building standards
Ability to produce both 2D and 3D outputs
Experience with residential extensions, renovations, or commercial layouts

Schedule
Part-time: 20 hours/week
Flexible working hours
Opportunity to transition to full-time based on performance
