HIRING: MARKETING OPERATIONS MANAGER AND LEAD GENERATION VA
Must have 5+ YEARS of experience and Senior Role in a digital marketing, lead generation, client communication, project coordination and management, and AI tools.

Remote | Full-Time | 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST | Digital Marketing Operations Support

We are hiring a Remote Virtual Assistant and Operations Coordinator to support daily operations, lead generation, client communication, project management, AI-assisted workflows, SEO, and WordPress updates for a branding, web design, and digital marketing business. Please must be someone with proactive approach and is motivated to work. Someone with high intelligence and best in comprehension.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation and Outreach
•? ?Research prospects through Upwork and other lead sources.
•? ?Prepare and send outreach messages using approved templates.
•? ?Track follow-ups and keep lead records organized.

Client Communication and Project Coordination
•? ?Manage client updates through email and ---------- .
•? ?Keep projects, tasks, and CRM updates organized.
•? ?Coordinate with the internal team through Slack.
•? ?Take meeting notes and summarize action items.

AI, SEO, and Operations Support
•? ?Use ChatGPT, Claude, and similar AI tools to draft copy, summarize notes, and support client deliverables.
•? ?Assist with basic SEO and WordPress content updates.
•? ?Help document repeatable processes and maintain SOPs.
•? ?Support workflow improvements and automation where possible.

Required Skills & Qualifications
•? ?3 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing, lead generation, outreach, operations, or project coordination.
•? ?Strong written and spoken English.
•? ?Experience supporting a branding, web design, digital marketing, or similar service-based business.
•? ?Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes.
•? ?Highly organized, proactive, reliable, and process-oriented.
•? ?Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
•? ?Comfortable with client communication, task tracking, and follow-ups.
•? ?Must be looking for a stable, long-term role.
