JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role
We are a growing, specialized logistics and fleet management provider operating across multiple state networks. We are seeking a high-performing, razor-sharp Dispatcher & Logistics Coordinator to manage real-time fleet operations, route disruptions, driver communications, and client coordination.

This is a heavy phone-use and high-intensity logical thinking position. You will be on live calls for most of your shift while simultaneously making fast, data-driven decisions to keep our fleet running on schedule.

?? IMPORTANT MANDATORY REQUIREMENT: You MUST possess C2 Mastery (Native-Level) Spoken English with zero accent barriers for fast-paced U.S. telephone communication. All applicants are required to complete a mandatory cognitive/logic assessment and submit a short video introduction to be considered.

Key Responsibilities
Live Fleet Dispatching: Monitor active routes, assign trips, and optimize driver schedules in real time using dispatch and fleet tracking software.

Driver & Client Communication: Handle high-volume inbound and outbound phone calls with drivers, local facilities, and operational contacts.

Real-Time Problem Solving: Instantly solve route delays, driver missed pickups, vehicle issues, and urgent last-minute schedule changes under pressure.

Schedule Integrity: Ensure strict adherence to pickup time windows, driver shift schedules, and operational safety protocols.

Logistics Reporting: Maintain clean, accurate digital records of trip completion, delays, driver status updates, and i ---------- reports.

Required Qualifications & Skills
C2 English Spoken & Written Mastery: Flawless, clear, and assertive spoken English for continuous U.S. telephone calls.

US Logistics Experience: Prior experience dispatching for fast-paced U.S. fleet operations, delivery routing, or transportation services is strongly preferred.

Superior Logical & Spatial Reasoning: Ability to evaluate multi-driver schedules, geographic locations, and time constraints to make instant, error-free routing decisions.

High Stress Tolerance & Agility: Remains calm, firm, and professional when managing delayed drivers, urgent updates, or sudden schedule changes.

Tech-Savvy: Fast typing, comfortable navigating dispatch platforms, GPS tracking, Google Suite, and CRM systems.
