JOB OVERVIEW

Job Key Responsibilities
* Partner with Group HR and the Philippines Country Head to establish and continuously optimize the local HR management system, covering recruitment, performance management, training & development, compensation & benefits, and career development frameworks.
* Lead talent acquisition and development initiatives to support rapid business expansion and address immediate staffing requirements.
* Manage liaison and compliance affairs with Philippine government agencies (e.g., DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG); safeguard corporate legal interests and mitigate risks related to local employment, social security, and expatriate management.
* Monitor workforce productivity; collaborate with business leaders on talent development and performance management, driving continuous improvement in personnel quality and organizational effectiveness.
* Address and resolve day-to-day HR operational issues and workplace i ---------- promptly and effectively.

Job Requirements
* Willing to work on-site
* Bachelor’s degree or higher (full-time); proficiency in Chinese as a working language is mandatory.
* Minimum of 5 years of HR experience; prior exposure to offline retail or brick-and-mortar operations strongly preferred.
* Strong expertise in talent identification, acquisition, and development across the full recruitment lifecycle.
* In-depth knowledge of Philippine labor laws and regulations; familiarity with local government agency processes; excellent employee relations and compliance management capabilities.
* Strong business acumen, high self-motivation, and adaptability to the pace and culture of Chinese-owned enterprises.
