We are looking for an experienced Healthcare Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting qualified healthcare professionals for clients in the wound care industry across the United States.
The ideal candidate has proven experience recruiting for clinical healthcare positions, understands the U.S. healthcare hiring process, and can confidently manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to onboarding.
This role requires extensive experience recruiting and hiring Nurse Practitioners (NPs). Candidates with a strong track record of successfully placing Nurse Practitioners and other advanced practice providers will be given strong preference.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment process for healthcare positions, including Nurse Practitioners, Wound Care Nurses, Physicians, Clinical Specialists, and other related healthcare roles.
Source qualified candidates through OnlineJobs.ph, LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, communication skills, and cultural fit.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Verify licenses, certifications, credentials, and employment history in compliance with U.S. healthcare standards.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals for current and future hiring needs.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and recruitment priorities.
Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring updates.
Requirements
Proven experience recruiting for U.S. healthcare or clinical positions (Required).
Extensive experience recruiting and successfully hiring Nurse Practitioners (NPs) is required.
Experience recruiting Wound Care Nurses, Physicians, Medical Assistants, Therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
Experience recruiting for the wound care industry is a strong advantage.
Strong understanding of U.S. healthcare roles, licensing, certifications, credentialing, and compliance requirements.
Experience working with U.S.-based healthcare clients is highly preferred.
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
Experience using ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or similar recruitment tools.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience recruiting specialized healthcare professionals such as Wound Care Nurse Practitioners, Wound Care Nurses, or Physicians.
Experience working in a healthcare staffing agency or healthcare outsourcing company.
Knowledge of U.S. healthcare credentialing and compliance requirements.
Previous experience working remotely.

Salary: $700 per month or $175 every Friday
