JOB OVERVIEW

Seeking an Amazon Listing Optimization Specialist to help grow multiple established e-commerce brands!

Part Time to start, Full Time available once you've proven results.

We're looking for an EXPERT who can jump in and show us what they can do. This is NOT an entry-level role and NOT a role to learn on the job. If you haven't personally managed a $1M+ brand on Amazon, please do not apply, your application will be ignored.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
------------------------
- Run structured split tests on main images, secondary images, infographics, lifestyle vs. studio shots, and video content
- Test and refine A+ content modules, comparison charts, and brand story layouts
- Create and edit product photos and videos
- Keep content optimized for Amazon's AI shopping assistant (Alexa for Shopping/Rufus)
- Manage Amazon listings across multiple marketplaces (US, CA, UK, DE)
- Track and report every test with clear before/after numbers
- Monitor reviews and Q&A, flag listing issues

REQUIREMENTS
------------------------
- 5+ years of e-commerce experience, Amazon specifically
- Must have personally managed a $1M+ Amazon brand, be ready to name it and speak to real performance numbers
- Must be able to speak in detail to proven results you've driven on Amazon, real before/after data, not "I helped with listings"
- Proficient in Photoshop or Lightroom, and a video editing tool (Premiere, CapCut, or similar)
- Experience running Amazon's Manage Your Experiments tool or similar (Splitly, PickFu, etc.)
- Strong eye for what makes an image or video actually convert
- High speed, reliable internet
- Fluent, EXCELLENT written English
- Confidence in spoken English, a video call is part of the interview
- Bonus: Shopify experience
- Bonus: Social media content or ads experience
- Bonus: Rufus/Alexa for Shopping optimization experience
- Bonus: Amazon PPC experience
