JOB OVERVIEW

Seeking a Social Media & AI Content Creator to help TrubliFit grow on social media and TikTok Shop.

We are looking for an EXPERT to jump right in and show us real, proven results. This is not a job for someone starting out, and we will pay you accordingly. If you do not think you are a top 1% creator, skip this application.

Role will be initially Part Time until a proven track record of success. Then Full Time, promotions & bonuses are available.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES / TASKS
------------------------

- Turn existing UGC footage and AI video tools into scroll-stopping Reels, TikToks, and posts
- Set up and run our TikTok Shop through Shopify
- Build and manage affiliate/creator partnerships that actually drive sales, not just views
- Own our Instagram and TikTok presence day to day, posting, engaging, growing
- Dig into performance data (views, engagement, and sales, not vanity metrics) and double down on what works
- Work closely with us to identify which products to feature first (we'll guide you on this)
- Administration and recurring daily tasks
- Other tasks as directed and as you are given more responsibility & show ambition

REQUIREMENTS
------------------------

- Proven experience turning UGC and/or AI-generated video into content that has actually driven sales, not just impressions, please be ready to share real examples and numbers
- Hands-on experience running TikTok Shop on Shopify
- Track record of running an affiliate campaign that generated at least $5,000 in sales, with proof
- Experience managing social media for a $1M+ brand
- Extremely detail-oriented, proactive problem solver
- Ability to think strategically, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent, EXCELLENT written English (This is very important)
- Confidence in spoken English to present and discuss strategy
- A video call will be part of the interview process
- Bonus: Amazon experience, especially Amazon video ads
- Bonus: Meta or TikTok paid ads experience
- Bonus: Email marketing experience
