JOB OVERVIEW

Please understand that I don't have much time for training, so you MUST have made the kind of AI Videos provided as examples before, at a similar quality level as well, or I will not consider you.

Example of videos and Image quality I am looking for:

These are all mostly made with Grok, some hooks with Kling 3, but you can work fully with Flow as well.

I need someone who can take a script and turn it into a finished AI avatar UGC video, start to finish, with minimal hand-holding.

You'll be responsible for developing detailed image prompts and generating ultra-realistic AI photos, then turning those into video using AI video tools. From there, you'll handle the full edit: captions, sound effects, voice effects, text overlays, graphics, transitions. The end result should be a polished, ready-to-upload video.

You'll also manage final delivery, exporting in the right resolution, organizing files, and getting everything to me for review.

Tools you have to be very comfortable with:
- AI image generation (Nano Banana Pro / Nano Banana 2)
- AI video generation (VEO or Grok)
- CapCut for editing
- Google Drive for file delivery
- The use of VPNs

What success looks like:
- Very High-quality, realistic output that needs little revision
- The ability to match the look and feel of my content faithfully.
- The ability to recreate inspo content faithfully.
- The ability to make independent creative decisions when needed
- Being willing to learn new Workflows and Tools to increase efficiency and quality
- Applying Feedback consistently
- Very strong attention to detail on timing, captions, and overall polish
- Reliable, organized delivery I don't have to chase
- Good and fast communication
- At least 4 videos daily, 6 days a week

- Detailed and patient feedback on things you can improve to become a better creator and be more efficient

$50 Bonus per 500k views on a product video
100$ Bonus per M views on a product video
