Stantaro is a creative social media marketing agency producing high-performing content for brands across Australia. We specialise in short-form video content, storytelling, and ad creatives that convert. We’re looking for a talented Video Editor to join our growing remote team and bring stories to life through sharp, engaging editing.

Role Overview:
You’ll be responsible for editing high-quality Reels and short-form videos for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok). You’ll work closely with our creative team to produce content that aligns with brand guidelines, maintains our visual style, and meets performance standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Edit and assemble video footage for Reels and short-form social media content.
- Create clean, engaging transitions, motion graphics, and text animations.
- Implement feedback from the creative team efficiently and accurately.
- Use After Effects, Premiere Pro, or equivalent editing software to produce professional-grade content.
- Perform quality checks to ensure all videos meet Stantaro’s visual and performance standards.
- Communicate clearly with the creative director and tea ---------- mbers to align on goals and timelines.
- Organise and manage video assets efficiently.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in editing Reels or short-form content for social media.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (or similar tools).
- Proficiency in color grading
- Proficiency in using AI tools like higgsfield (or similar tools)
- Strong eye for pacing, storytelling, and visual flow.
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
- High attention to detail and ability to quality check own work.
- Reliable internet connection and ability to meet deadlines consistently.
- A portfolio or examples of your editing work are essential.
- Experience with colour grading and sound design.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):
- Understanding of social media trends, hooks, and viewer retention strategies.
- Familiarity with creating content for paid ads.
