Dreambound is a US-based online marketplace that connects students to vocational, trade, and healthcare training programs nationwide.

THE OPPORTUNITY
Our conversion engine is strong — the traffic we get converts better than it ever has. Our gap is acquisition: organic search has slipped over the past year, and we want a genuine SEO expert to get to the bottom of why and design the recovery. You'll work directly with our SEO lead — you bring the diagnosis and the plan; our internal engineering and content teams implement it. If a well-instrumented turnaround excites you, this is a good one.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Run a full diagnosis of our SEO from the ground up — surface what's broken, what's slipping, and what's recoverable.
- Design the fixes across technical, content, programmatic, and local SEO, and hand them over as prioritized, implementation-ready specs our team can execute.
- Diagnose specific ranking losses through competitive SERP analysis — not guesswork.
- Advise on AI-era content: answer-first structure, AI Overviews, and E-E-A-T.
- Guide brand-entity and authority strategy.
- Set the measurement discipline so we can tell what's working — Search Console-first, year-over-year, signal over noise.

YOU'RE A STRONG FIT IF YOU HAVE
- 5+ years of full-stack SEO with real recoveries you can prove with numbers.
- Deep technical SEO — redirects, canonicals, indexation, crawl budget, JSON-LD, programmatic SEO at scale — and the ability to write specs a developer can follow without hand-holding.
- Fluency in how ranking works now — AI Overviews and earning citations in AI answers.
- Strong content SEO: topical authority, cannibalization, E-E-A-T, and snippet-format writing.
- Command of Search Console, GA4, and Ahrefs or Semrush — with the discipline to read data honestly.
- A clear communicator who documents well and explains the why — your recommendations will be executed by a team you're guiding through us.

BONUS POINTS
- US market experience in education, lead-gen, or marketplace models.
- Can write specs for a modern stack (Next.js / headless CMS a plus).
- Entity SEO, knowledge-panel, or brand-disambiguation work.

You'll work directly with our SEO lead in regular sessions — you bring the diagnosis and the plan, our internal engineering and content teams implement it. Remote and async-friendly. We move fast, measure everything, and give you the data and context you need to diagnose accurately.
